“I know we’ve done this before.”
Useful work is buried in folders, file versions and someone else’s memory. Time spent searching is time taken from the client.
GOOD THINKING DESERVES A SECOND LIFE
We help leadership, culture and people consultancies create better client work, faster, using AI-assisted knowledge reuse—without losing the judgement that makes it yours.
Turn years of proposals, workshops and reports into a practical workflow, built around the tools your team already uses.
A free AI readiness conversation. Practical next steps. No obligation.
Purpose-built for firms
whose expertise is their business.
THE KNOWLEDGE IS THERE. THE CONNECTION ISN’T.
Somewhere in your shared drive is exactly what your next project needs. Finding it—and knowing what you can safely reuse—is another matter.
Useful work is buried in folders, file versions and someone else’s memory. Time spent searching is time taken from the client.
Consultants rebuild proposals and workshop plans that already exist in some form. Delivery takes longer, and margins absorb the cost.
Client details and firm methodology need careful handling. Uncertainty about what is safe to reuse leaves valuable knowledge untouched.
LESS REWORK. MORE ROOM FOR GOOD WORK.
The aim isn’t more AI-generated content. It’s a shorter path from a client need to a thoughtful, distinctive deliverable.
Surface relevant previous work before writing the next proposal, report or workshop.
Spend less effort finding and assembling material, and more on the client’s context.
Apply your templates, language and frameworks more consistently across the team.
Make expertise easier to access beyond the people who created the original work.
Success is agreed with you, then tested against your own work—not assumed from industry averages.
A PRACTICAL PATH FROM FILES TO FLOW
We handle the technical build. Your team brings the expertise that makes it useful.
Understand where your best work lives, how delivery happens and where reuse could make the biggest difference.
CLARITY BEFORE COMPLEXITYTest a representative set of previous work against agreed criteria for relevance, usefulness and safe reuse.
EVIDENCE BEFORE COMMITMENTConnect relevant material, firm templates and a draft-and-review process around your existing environment.
ONE REAL DELIVERY WORKFLOWPut it into everyday use, gather consultant feedback and improve how the workflow supports the team.
DESIGNED TO BE USEDIf the proof-of-value test cannot retrieve useful, relevant knowledge against our agreed success criteria, you don’t proceed to the full build.
THOUGHTFULLY SCOPED. BUILT WITH YOU.
A typical engagement takes 3–6 months, with clear decision points along the way.
01 / THE BLUEPRINT
A shared view of your knowledge, delivery process and best reuse opportunities—so the build starts with a real business need.
02 / THE EVIDENCE
A focused test using real previous work, giving you a practical basis for deciding whether implementation is worth it.
03 / THE IMPLEMENTATION
A working path from “here’s what I need” to a source-informed draft your consultants can edit, refine and stand behind.
Start with the workflow that would make the biggest difference.

WHY BEYOND THE SILO
Living alongside people who work in leadership, culture and organisational psychology has given me a close view of what goes into the work: the research, facilitation design, careful language and judgement.
As a software developer working with AI and retrieval systems, I connect that understanding with the technical craft to build useful workflows. The goal is to help your team reuse its own thinking without turning it into generic output.
Beyond the SiloThoughtful systems for thoughtful work.
PROOF, WITHOUT THE PROMISES
We’re at the early pilot stage. Client results and testimonials will be shared here when they’re available and approved.
Time to find useful material. Relevance of retrieved sources. Effort to produce a reviewable draft. Whether consultants actually find it useful.
Client type, starting point, implementation and measured outcomes will be added after a completed pilot. No borrowed claims or invented endorsements. Feedback will appear with client permission.
LET’S FIND THE RIGHT STARTING POINT
Use the free call to discuss your firm, your delivery process and where the effort gets repeated.
Explore a promising workflow and practical next steps. If there’s a fit, we’ll scope the map and test.
Move into implementation only after the proof-of-value stage meets the criteria we agree together.
A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
A considered decision starts with a clear conversation.
That’s the starting point. We map how you use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your shared file system, then confirm access and integration options before agreeing the build.
We agree what material can be used, who should have access and what needs removing or de-identifying. Hosting, providers, permissions and retention are reviewed before implementation. Specific safeguards depend on your environment and requirements.
No. We lead the technical work. We need your team’s knowledge of its methods, client context and what a useful result looks like.
No. The workflow helps find relevant work and prepare a draft. Consultants review sources, adapt the thinking and remain responsible for the final deliverable.
A typical engagement takes 3–6 months. You’ll nominate a lead, provide agreed sample material and involve a small group of consultants in testing. We scope the time commitment together before starting.
The offer is designed for firms of around 10–50 people with a body of previous work and recurring delivery needs. Fit depends more on the quality of your knowledge and the workflow than headcount alone.
Pricing is scoped around your sources, access requirements and chosen workflow. You receive an agreed scope and price before each stage; the initial readiness call is free.
If the proof-of-value test misses the agreed retrieval criteria, you don’t proceed to the full build. For an implemented workflow, support responsibilities, maintenance and an issue-reporting route are agreed in the scope.
We discuss your current process, where knowledge gets lost or recreated, and one useful place to start. You leave with a practical recommendation and clear next steps, with no obligation to proceed.
YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS WITH WHAT YOU KNOW
Let’s look at how your team works today, where knowledge reuse could help, and what a practical first step could look like.
